Traffic Control Stocks on Q1 - Continue to Beat NASDAQ

 

Following-up on traffic control stock performance (see earlier review "Traffic Control Shares - Doing Well !" - here) shows a good Q1. While NASDAQ gained 5.63% (December 31st, 2009 - March 31st, 2010), most of the DPI stocks did better:

• Sandvine Corporation (TSX:SVC): 51.9%, reaching 52 weeks high of 2.14
• Allot Communications (NASDAQ:ALLT): 27.6%, reaching 52 weeks high of 5.15
• Bridgewater Systems (TSX:BWC): 11.2%, reaching 52 weeks high of 11.60
• Procera Networks (AMEX:PKT): -4.5%. Procera raised during the quarter $7.2M by issuing 18M new shares at $0.40 (here). Current price is $0.42.

The nice performance follows good Q4 results, with nice QtQ (Q4-08 to Q4-09) growth: Procera - 108% ; Bridgewater - 53%; Allot - 21%; Sandvine - 2%.

Note that the growth is revenues is in reverse order to the share price change .. !
