Comverse Adds PCRF Interfaces to its Policy Manager

  

Comverse has recently upgraded its Central Policy Management product (here - part of the MIH - Mobile Internet Hub - see chart below) with 3GPP PCRF interfaces - "The MIH Policy Management solution is compliant with 3GPP PCRF standards (Release 9) and is open for standard integration with external network elements where required".

In accordance with the above, the company says that it is in the process of doing interoperability tests (IOT) with two DPI vendors, in addition for supporting its own DPI product (see "DPI – Recent Product Announcements, New Player" - here).
