SpeedConnect, a Michigan-based operator of fixed and mobile wireless Internet access services has purchased solutions from Sandvine’s Virtual Series .. SpeedConnect purchased multiple instances of Sandvine’s Policy Traffic Switch (PTS) Virtual Series, which will be used to manage traffic for an improved subscriber quality of experience"
