Insights is a web-based visualization platform that leverages the rich analytics and intelligence data provided by Procera’s solutions. Each key role in the network operator will be presented with their own unique perspective of network activity based upon the key performance indicators (KPIs) that help them run their part of the business.
Some examples of KPIs that can be included in the different perspectives offered by Procera’s Insights solutions include:
- Executives: High level network activity and trends
- Marketing: Subscriber service plan and device perspectives detailing subscriber trends and usage patterns that may result in new service opportunities
- Engineering: Location and peering perspectives to manage hotspots and identify potential CAPEX spends
- Customer Care: Real-time subscriber troubleshooting as well as historical subscriber usage
