[Calcalist]: F5 Acquires Traffix Systems for $135M
Asaf Gilad reports to Calcalist that F5 is going to acquire Traffix Systems for $135M. The company raised a total of $12M to date, with a recent investment round of $7M (here).
Traffix is one of the leaders in the Diameter Signaling Router market (here), for which F5 has a solution (here).
Infonetics Research (here) and Yankee group (here) are both very optimistic about the market which just started a year ago.
