The World is Disconnected from Syria since Thursday
According to Arbor Networks' ATLAS system, showing information of traffic crossing the boundaries of 246 of its customers's networks, traffic to and from Syria has dropped - ".. to virtually nothing .. likely to have occurred between 1000 and 1100 [on November 29] .. the graphs show traffic interruption an hour later than this due to the variable, hourly reporting from ATLAS participants to our servers".
