- Hardware failure occurred when uploading to one MME port a correction file to resolve the failure that occurred on April 27. caused two days later 18:43 hours of outage, affecting 560K subscribers
- Trying to fix it again, on April 30, caused 9:58 hours of outage, affecting 640K subscribers.
