Netflix fight against data caps (here) in cable turns now to mobile - as unlimited accounts are no longer available from the bigger carriers, or they do have limits (See "AT&T Unlimited Accounts Speed Reduced after 3GB (too many smartphones!)" - here, Verizon).
Its player's newest version for Apple's iOS (pictured) allows to "choose to only allow streaming from Netflix when you’re connected to a Wi-Fi network".
