Prediction: Worldwide Traffic will Double during London's Olymics

Bytemobile (now Citrix) and Amethon Solutions ".. predict that operators will see a 211% increase in traffic worldwide during the Olympic Games in London .. The volume of mobile video usage will double, accounting for 50% or more of total data traffic on 3G and 4G networks .. Twitter activity will spike by more than 118% and Facebook usage by 136%".

So -- Does London run out of mobile Capacity (here)?  Will ISPs Use Traffic shaping to Cope with Demand (here)?
