GOS Networks: DPI & Policy Control won't Hhelp - Control Needed at the Device

A new document from GOS Networks discusses why "Traditional approaches don’t meet these challenges [demand for new services, guaranteed QoS, protection of revenue traffic etc]. Cost conscious operators can’t build themselves out on the problem and standard DPI or policy products don’t provide the level of visibility and control required to truly manage the network from end-to-end ..The solution is to go beyond the traditional network boundary and take control at the client device, to see and manage traffic before it reaches the network".
