Openet and Procera Networks announced that one of the "fastest growing [LTE] mobile operators in APAC" is using "Procera’s PacketLogic solutions combined with Openet Policy Manager" to "enhance its network service experience .. Openet and Procera have made it possible for the operator to experience the greatest data ARPU and subscriber growth in its region".
