US Government - RFI for Threat Detection, DPI and Analytics

The US Department of State is "..  looking to refresh their Network-based Advanced Threat Detection (ATD) / Deep Packet Inspection & Analytics (DPIA) technologies that support their Defense in Depth architecture. The technology will be adjacent to current Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and other border protection technologies".
