Carrier CDN and OTT transparent caching solution continue to converge (see previous posts on Limelight (here), Ericsson/Akamai (here), PeerApp/EdgeCast (here) and Verivue (here).Oversi and Jet Stream now offer a joint solution as well. The two vendors announced "a strategic collaboration to provide a converged content delivery solution for network operators .. This new partnership brings together Jet-Stream’s best-in-class CDN technology and Oversi’s solution-of-choice Transparent Caching".
