Ulticom Announces a Diameter Signaling Controller

  1. Are Diameter routers/proxies etc generally written in C/C++ or in Java?

  2. in C/C++. the main objective of the DRA is load balancing. so its need to handle more requests per second and its need to scale ( no.of concurrent sessions ).
